SEO - How to find the right keywords?
Business locally has been growing for the last couple of years. This growth is partly due to an increase in online presence as businesses compete to become the consumers 'go to' business.
Do an SEO audit

The actual analysis is broken down into six large sections:
social-network
Accessibility
Indexability
Competitive Analysis
On-Page Ranking Factors
Off-Page Ranking Factors

With this newfound knowledge, you can begin to develop a more effective local SEO increase site traffic and improve conversions.
What does your business need most?
While traffic is an important part of SEO (and for you), it's not the ultimate goal.
Your website may attract hundreds of visitors each day. However, it's no good if they are not progressing through your conversion funnel and actually converting into customers.
Here are a couple of things to consider..
How are currently converting your prospects into customers?
What are you trying to achieve from your online presence? - is it brand awareness, conversions or reputation management? This needs to be clear in order to begin creating your online strategy.
Optimise title tags and meta description
The title tag and the meta description should include keywords relevant to the content of the web page.
Note: Search engine robots read from left to right, it is important that keywords come the beginning of the page
Also remember that the title is one of the most important factors in successful search engine optimisation, as it provides summarised information about your site. The title appears on the search engines result page (SERP).
Title tags should be between 10-60 characters. Any longer than 60 characters and the extra will be ignored by the search engine.
Ensure that your most important keyword is used in the title tag.
Link building
Link building plays an important part in how your website is ranked by search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
There are two types of links:
Outbound links - When you link your site or blog to another person sites.
Inbound links - Is when receive a link from an external site or blog to your own.
Search engine rankings take into account how many outbound and inbound links you have on your pages when ranking your site.
If you are using Google, the quality of a link is determined by the PageRank of the external page to which you are linking.
SEO copy with strong keywords together with outbound links will help in create opportunities for others to connect to your site.
