Web Development - Project Managing the Web
Web development is executed as project management based on the best guesses and a large capital outlay at regular (3-year) intervals. The result is that user feedback isn't integrated in development and the website is not being used optimally most of the time.
This video is pointing in a direction to integrate user feedback in a continuous web development process.
This may not be the sexiest of subjects, but if you're planning any kind of innovative web development, it will turn out to be VERY useful, I hope.
What do you think?
